Our director has over 20 years’ experience in the valuation of various types of properties for a range of purposes.
The firm is based in Johannesburg but we are able to assist with portfolio valuations nationally.
Valtru mainly acts for various financial institutions and we are on the panel of valuers for several banks. We also offer private and corporate client valuations; including valuations where our client intends approaching one of the above institutions. Our valuers are fully qualified and registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession. We are also members of the South African Institute of Valuers and our director is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (a world renowned institution setting high valuation standards). When appointing a valuer, one should ensure that they are registered, qualified and have suitable knowledge of the valuation approach and market.
